On Sun Zhili's Main Translation Thought

孙致礼教授是我国著名的英美文学翻译家,从1979年开始翻译文学作品,至今已有近40年,译作成果丰硕。并且在翻译实践中,逐步形成了自己的译学思想,主要包括翻译观、翻译伦理、翻译标准、翻译策略、翻译与文化、翻译重译和翻译理论建设等方面。文章旨在梳理孙致礼教授的翻译思想,进而探寻其翻译思想体系化的过程,以期更好地理解其翻译思想和甘为"翻译匠"的工匠精神。

As a renowned translator,Professor Sun Zhili has published prolifically on English and American literature during his 40 years of translation career since 1979.In addition to translation practice,he has devoted himself to translation theories and gradually set up his own translation thought,mainly including translation view,translation ethical standards,translation principles,translation strategies,relationship between translation and culture,re-translation,and translation theory construction.This article attempts to review his representative translation thought and explore into its systematization,aiming to better understand his translation thought and learn from his spirit of being a translator.
