人文护理在手术室护理中的应用效果观察

目的将人文护理应用到手术室的护理工作中,探讨人文护理的应用效果。方法将116例患者随机分为对照组和人文组两组。对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组患者在术前、术中和术后均进行人文护理干预。从患者手术过程中的配合度、手术前后心率的变化情况和心理情况对护理效果进行评价。结果人文组患者手术配合良好率高于对照组。在心率测量结果方面,人文组患者术前30 min和术后30 min测量结果均慢于对照组。在心理评分方面,人文组患者术前1 d和术后1 d评分结果均低于对照组。以上各项比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论将人文护理应用于手术室的护理工作中,增加了患者术中的配合度,同时也有效缓解了患者的心理压力,护理效果显著。

Objective To observe the effect of humanistic nursing in the nursing work in the operating room.Methods 116 patients were randomly divided into control group and humanistic group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in the humanistic group underwent humanistic nursing intervention before,during and after surgery.The nursing effect was evaluated from the coordination degree of the patient s operation,the change of heart rate before and after the operation and the psychological condition.Results In the results of heart rate measurement,the patients in the humanities group were slower than those in the control group for 30 min before surgery and 30 min after surgery.In terms of psychological score,pre and post operation scores in the humanities group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing in the operating room is remarkable for its increasing the coordination degree of the patients,and alleviating the psychological pressure of the patients.
