Scientific research laboratory is an important place for scientific research and important base for cultivating the talents.The safety and stability of the laboratory is an important guarantee for the quality of the result of scientific research and the personal safety of scientific research personnel.The security problems existed in agricultural research institute laboratory were analyzed.Combined with the related working experience of laboratory security management,suggestions for how to strengthen the security management of laboratory were put forward in the paper,i.e.,constructing professional team of safety management in laboratory,strengthening education and training of safety,strengthening entire safety management of laboratory.
