基于SWOT的农业科研院所女性科技人员发展分析——以广东省农业科学院为例

Analysis of Development of Female Scientists in Agricultural Research Institutes Based on SWOT,Taking Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

文章以广东省农业科学院为例,在了解女性科技人员发展现状的情况下,通过问卷星平台,对广东省农业科学院科技人员开展问卷调查,在对调查数据进行分类、交叉分析统计后,运用SWOT分析法,分析农业科研院所女性科技人员发展自身优劣势和当前面临的机遇与挑战,将女性农业科技人员发展管理分为创新型战略(SO)、稳步发展型战略(WO)、多元化型战略(ST)、优化紧缩型战略(WT)等4种战略类型,进而为农业科研院所女性科技人员良性发展及管理提供参考。

The female scientists of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences were taken as research object.First,we summarized the development status of female scientists.Then,through the questionnaire platform,the scientists of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences were surveyed to find out their views on the development of female agricultural scientists.According to the results of questionnaire survey,the SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of female scientists in agricultural scientific research institutes.Thus,the innovative strategy(SO),steady development strategy(WO),pluralistic strategy(ST)and optimization strategy(WT)of female scientists were put forward,to provide a reference for the healthy development and management of female scientists in agricultural research institutes.
