农业科研院所基层党支部结对共建融入中心工作的思考

Thoughts on the Integration of Pair Construction into Core Work of Basic Communist Party Branches in Agricultural Research Institutes

文章以农业科研院所基层党支部结对共建为研究对象,阐述了开展结对共建的重要意义、主要形式及内涵,分析了在结对共建过程中存在的主要问题,提出了坚持思想引领,融入中心工作;强化担当意识,参与结对共建;注重长期规划,建立保障机制;精心策划共建,创建品牌特色等建议,助推新时代基层党支部党建创新,以实现融入并支撑中心工作的开展。

The research object of this paper is the"pair construction"of the basic communist party branches in agricultural research institutes.The importance,main forms,connotation,and main problems of pair construction were expounded and analyzed in the paper.Suggestions were put forward,such as insisting on ideological guidance and integrating into the core work,strengthening the sense of responsibility and participating in pair construction,emphasizing the long-term planning and establishing the guarantee systems,elaborating the planning and building brand characteristics.All these will promote the innovation of party building in the new era of basic party branch to achieve the integration of pair construction into the core work.
