摘要
文章基于项目组2014年对北京市不同区域的16所初等中学的2149名不同年级的学生进行的问卷调查统计数据,分析了参加课外补习活动对初中生睡眠时间的影响。结果表明:北京市初中生参加课外补习对他们的睡眠时间总体存在显著负向影响,其中兴趣类补习对他们的睡眠时间并没有显著影响,在学生能够较为轻松的应对学校课业任务的前提下,适当的参与,可能会有助于学生的身心健康成长;另一方面,对于初中生,尤其是男生,参加学术类课外补习会降低学生的睡眠时间,可能会损害他们的健康,对于是否参与学术类补习这一问题,学生和家长要根据学生的实际情况慎重思考,避免过多受到其他学生、家长、老师或者媒体等因素的影响,避免盲目的跟风和仿效,这一建议适用于所有不同受教育程度和收入水平的家长们。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of 2149 different grades of students in 16 primary schools in different districts of Beijing in 2014 to analyze the influence of private supplementary tutoring activities on sleep time of junior middle school students.The results show that academic extracurricular tutoring has a significant negative impact on students’sleep time,especially for ones who are males.While the interest classes have no significant influence on their sleep time.It may helpful for the students'physical and mental health to participate properly on the premise that students can cope with the school task easily.On the other hand,for junior middle school students,especially for boy students,academic extracurricular tutoring has significantly reduced their sleep time,and may bad for their physical health.Students and parents should think carefully enough to avoid the influence from other students or parents,or teachers,or the media.This recommendation applies to all parents with different levels of education and income.
