摘要 当前我国课堂教学无法面向每个学生的根本原因在于将学生作为容器的灌输式教学。教学得以面向每个学生的实质就是面向每个学生的内在发展能力。加州大学洛杉矶分校实验小学阅读教学致力于唤醒、开发和增值每个学生的内在发展能力,让每个学生从未成熟的内在发展能力转变为成熟的内在发展能力,使每个学生独立而自由地全面发展。其教学模式包括:微型课、商讨和小组活动、分享、家庭作业等四个部分。这种面向每个学生教学的内在规则是:既展现规则又给予自由的教学内容;既着眼共性又针对个体的教学过程;以学生的实质性发展为教学目标。 At present,the basic reason why classroom teaching is not able to face every student is to inculcate students as containers.The essence of teaching for every student is to face every student's inner development ability.The reading teaching of UCLA Lab School is devoted to arousing,developing and adding the inner development ability of each student,making the inner development ability of each student changing into the mature inner development ability and making each student develop independently and freely.Its teaching mode includes four parts:Mini-lesson,Conferring And Small-group Work,Share,Homework.The internal rules for the teaching for each student are the teaching content that shows both the rules and the freedom,and the teaching process is aimed at both the commonness and the individual,and the substantive development of the students is the teaching goal.
