介入手术室护士的心理压力测试和调试

The Measurement and Debugging of Psychological stress in the Interventional Theatre Nurse

目的调查我院介入手术室护士的职业心理压力程度,探讨相应的解决措施。方法选取2016年10月—2018年2月我院介入手术室29名护士为观察组,同期随机抽取其他科室的29名护士为对照组,采用中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)进行调查,并对两组结果进行比较。结果对照组护士的CPSS评分为(23.15±2.86)分,观察组为(28.47±3.27)分,高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论介入手术室的工作环境特殊,工作负荷过重,因此护士的心理压力较大,为此应引起高度重视,针对性给予合理疏导调试。

Objective To explore the degree of professional psychological stress and its solutions among the interventional theatre nurse in our institution.Methods Totally 29 nurses in the interventional operating room(observation group)and 29 nurses in other departments(control group)were collected in our study.The Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)between the two groups was completed and compared.Results The CPSS of the control group was(23.15±2.86)point,the observation group was(28.47±3.27)point,which was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The working environment of the operation room is special and the workload is too heavy.Nurses in the interventional theatre are under great psychological pressure,and should be debugged and eased.
