摘要
目的对贵阳市2015—2017年公共场所集中空调风管内表面积尘量进行卫生学调查分析。方法根据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》《公共场所集中空调通风系统清洗消毒规范》《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生学评价规范》的要求,对贵阳市包括47家酒店、18家娱乐场所、11家购物商场、3家健身会馆、3家商务办公、3家医院、1家洗浴中心和1家美容美发等87个公共场所中央空调系统的风管内的积尘量进行采样监测。结果 2015—2017年空调未清洗前积尘量合格率分别为:89%、91%、90%(χ2=0.199,P=0.905);第一次清洗后积尘量合格率分别为:95%、96%、95%(Fisher精确检验,P=1.00),不同年份积尘量的合格率差异均无统计学意义。三年污染最为严重为酒店21.92 g/m2,其次是洗浴中心19.18 g/m2。结论贵阳市公共场所集中空调风管内表面积尘量卫生状况整体尚好,但部分公共场所超标。
Objective To investigate and analyze the amount of dust in air ducts of central air conditioners in public places in guiyang from2015to2017.Methods According to"central air-conditioning ventilation systems in public places health standard""the central air conditioning ventilation system cleaning and disinfection norms in public places""the central airconditioning ventilation systems in public places of hygiene evaluation standard",including47guiyang hotels,18places of entertainment,11shopping malls,and3fitness centers,3business offices,3hospitals,1bath center and1beauty salon,87central air conditioning systems in public places,the amount of dust in the air duct was used sampling monitoring.Results From2015to2017,the qualified rate of dust accumulation before air conditioning cleaning was89%,91%and90%(χ^2=0.199,P=0.905).After the first cleaning,the qualification rates of dust accumulation were95%,96%,and95%(Fisher's accurate test,P=1.00).The qualificationrates of dust accumulation in different years were not statisticallysignificant.The most serious pollution in three years was hotel21.92g/m^2,followed by bath center19.18g/m^2.Conclusion The sanitarycondition of the surface area dust quantity in the air duct of central airconditioner in guiyang city is good on the whole,but some public placesare exceed the standard.
