支气管肺泡灌洗治疗老年支气管扩张合并感染

Clinical Study of Broncho Alveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Bronchiectasis and Infection

目的探讨支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗老年支气管扩张患者感染的临床价值。方法随机将我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的60例老年支气管扩张并感染患者分为两组,每组30例。对照组行常规治疗措施,观察组在对照组的基础上行支气管镜肺泡灌洗+依替米星治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间等指标。结果观察组总有效率、临床症状改善时间以及并发症发生率等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支气管镜肺泡灌洗联合依替米星治疗支气管扩张合并感染的效果理想。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of infection of broncho alveolar lavage in the treatment of elderly patients with bronchiectasis.Methods Sixty elderly patients in bronchiectasis combined with infection were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018,randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment measures,and the observation group was treated with broncho alveolar lavage+etimicin on the basis of the control group.The indicators of clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the incidence rate of complications of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Broncho alveolar lavage combined with etimicin is effective in the treatment of bronchiectasis and infection.
