血友病性与骨性关节炎膝关节置换失血量比较

Comparison of Blood Loss Between Hemophilia and Osteoarthritis in Knee Joint Replacement

目的试析血友病性关节炎与骨性关节炎一期双膝关节置换出血量,评估出血风险。方法以我院完成双膝关节一期置换的11例膝关节血友病性关节炎和32例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,比较两组失血量、输血量及术后二者的功能评分情况。结果 HP组总失血量及输血量高于OA组,OA组术后KSS评分改善优于HP组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),而两组隐性失血量比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论膝关节血友病性关节炎一期双膝关节置换较骨性OA组围手术期出血量增多,但膝关节血友病性关节炎一期双膝关节置换可有效恢复日常活动功能。

Objective To analyze the bleeding volume of phase I double knee replacement in patients with hemophilic arthritis and osteoarthritis,to assess the risk of bleeding.Methods 11 patients with knee joint hemophilic arthritis and 32 patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent primary knee replacement in our hospital were included in the study.The blood loss,blood transfusion and postoperative functional rating were compared between the two groups.Results The total blood loss and blood transfusion in the HP group were higher than those in the OA group.The improvement of KSS score in the OA group was better than that of the HP group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the comparision of the recessive blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion One phase of hemophiliac arthritis of the knee joint has significantly increased perioperative bleeding volume than the OA group,but it can effectively restore daily activities.
