摘要
目的探讨Cervi-M宫颈癌甲基化基因检测其诊断临床应用价值情况。方法选取于2017年1月—2018年1月在本院就诊的高危型HPV感染患者94例,进行Cervi-M宫颈癌甲基化基因检测及进行病理检测,收集患者相关资料,进行回顾性分析;依据不同的病理分级结果情况,进行分组;对比每组HPV检出阳性率与PAX1基因的甲基化检测阳性率。结果病理检出结果为正常宫颈组织HPV阳性检出率35.0%,PAX1基因甲基化检出率0.0%;低级别病变HPV阳性检出率78.3%,PAX1基因甲基化检出率13.0%;高级别病变HPV阳性检出率81.5%,PAX1基因甲基化检出率29.6%;宫颈癌HPV阳性检出率83.3%,PAX1基因甲基化检出率100.0%。宫颈癌PAX1基因甲基化检出率高于HPV阳性检出率。结论 Cervi-M宫颈癌甲基化基因检测,进一步提高了治疗的准确率,可应用于宫颈癌早期筛查与检测,更准确的辅助临床诊断和采取对应的干预治疗措施。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of genetic testing of methylation of Cervi-M cervical cancer.Methods A total of 94 patients with high-risk HPV infection who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled,genetic testing of methylation of Cervi-M cervical cancer and pathological examination were performed.Patient-related data was collected for retrospective review.Patients weredivided into groups according to different pathological grading results,the positive rate of HPV detection and the positive rate of methylation detection of PAX1 gene were compared in two groups.Results The pathological detection results showed that the positive rate of HPV of normal cervical tissues was 35.0%,the detection rate of methylation of PAX1 gene was 0.0%;the positive rate of HPV in low-grade lesions was 78.3%,and the detection rate of methylation of PAX1 gene was 13.0%.The positive rate of HPV in high-level lesions was 81.5%,the methylation rate of PAX1 gene was 29.6%,the positive rate of cervical cancer HPV was 83.3%,and the methylation rate of PAX1 gene was 100.0%.The detection rate of methylation of PAX1 gene in cervical cancer was significantly higher than that of HPV.Conclusion The genetic testing of methylation of Cervi-M cervical cancer gene can further improve the accuracy of treatment.It can be used for early screening,detection of cervical cancer,more accurate clinical diagnosis and corresponding intervention treatment.
