QFT检测在结核性胸膜炎中的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨QFT检测在结核性胸膜炎中的诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月—2018年5月我院收治的结核性胸膜炎患者100例,同时选取同期我院收治的非结核性胸膜炎患者60例,所有患者均分别采用QFT检测和PPD-IgG检测,比较两种检测方法诊断结核性胸膜炎的敏感性和特异性。结果 QFT检测的敏感度和特异度均高于PPD-IgG检测,且两种检测方法的特异度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用QFT检测结核性胸膜炎的敏感度和特异度都较高,优势明显。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of QFT detection in tuberculous pleurisy.Methods 100 cases of tuberculous pleurisy treated in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018,and 60 cases of nontuberculous pleurisy during the same time frame were included in the study,all the patients were detected by QFT and PPD-IgG.Results The sensitivity and speciality of QFT was higher than those of PPD-IgG,while there was significant difference of speciality between the two methods(P<0.05).Conclusion When using QFT to detect tuberculous pleurisy,its sensitivity and specificity are relatively high,and it has obvious advantages compared with previous detection methods.
