摘要
目的探究多层螺旋CT仿真肠镜(CTVC)与结肠镜检查技术在发现结肠肿瘤中的应用价值。方法研究对象为我院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的80例疑似结肠肿瘤患者,对其采用CTVC及结肠镜检查,探讨CTVC与结肠镜检查在发现结肠肿瘤中的应用价值。结果 CTVC诊断结肠肿瘤时其灵敏度(90.91%)、准确度(96.25%)、特异度(98.28%)均比结肠镜(68.18%、83.75%、88.66%)高(P <0.05)。结论将CTVC应用于诊断结肠肿瘤时,能起到较好的诊断效果,其灵敏度、准确度、特异度均较为显著,且对患者影响小,更易被接受。
Objective To compare the application value of multi-slice spiral CT virtual colonoscopy(CTVC)and colonoscopy in the discovery of colon tumors.Methods 80 suspected colon tumor patients underwent the CTVC and colonoscopy from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected in our hospital.The diagnostic value was compared.Results The diagnosis sensitivity,accuracy and specificity based on CTVC(90.91%,96.25%,98.28%)was significantly higher than that of colonoscopy(68.18%,83.75%,88.66%)(P<0.05).Conclusion CTVC can be used in the diagnosis of colonic tumor,and it can play a good diagnostic role.Its sensitivity,accuracy and specificity are all significant,and it has little influence on patients and is more acceptable.
