摘要
目的探讨应用优质护理管理对于预防和控制医院感染的作用价值。方法对照组患者在住院治疗期间仅采取常规的护理管理,而观察组患者在其住院治疗期间则开展优质护理管理,对比两组患者的医院感染发生率及护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者的院内感染发生率是5.00%,对照组患者的院内感染发生率是36.67%(P <0.05);观察组患者的总体护理满意度是98.33%,对照组患者的总体护理满意度是70.00%(P <0.05)。结论通过实施优质护理管理能够提升护理工作的质量水平及患者对于护理工作的满意度,能够有效降低医院感染的发生率。
Objective To explore the value of applying quality nursing management in preventing and controlling hospital infection.Methods The control group was only given routine nursing management during the hospitalization,while the observation group was given quality nursing management during the hospitalization,the hospital infection rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection was 5.00%in the observation group and 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 98.33%,and that of patients in the control group was 70.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing management can improve the quality level of nursing work and patients'satisfaction with nursing work,can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
