舒适护理干预对老年股骨颈骨折术后康复影响

Influence of Comfort Nursing Intervention for Postoperative Rehabilitation in Elderly With Femoral Neck Fracture

目的将舒适护理干预用于老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期护理中,分析其对患者术后康复与护理满意度的影响。方法对我院收治的106例老年股骨颈骨折患者分组研究,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上加入舒适护理,比较分析两组护理结果。结果护理后观察组Harris评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.23%高于对照组81.13%(P <0.05)。结论舒适护理用于老年股骨颈骨折患者围术期中效果理想,可促进患者快速康复,提升满意度。

Objective To analyze the influence of postoperative rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction during perioperative comfort nursing intervention in application of elderly with femoral neck fracture.Methods 106 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who treated in our hospital were grouped as the research.The control group were received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group were received comfortable nursing on this basis.Then,the nursing results of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After the nursing,the Harris score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.23%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 81.13%(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfort nursing in application of elderly with femoral neck fracture during perioperative period are ideal,which can promote the patient to recover quickly and improve the satisfaction.
