分析负压封闭引流技术在骨科创伤创面护理中的效果

Effect Analysis of Vacuum Sealing Drainage on Traumatic Wound Nursing in Department of Orthopedics

目的分析负压封闭引流技术在骨科创伤创面护理中的应用效果。方法将2016年9月—2017年9月在本院进行治疗的骨科创伤创面患者88例选为研究对象。根据单双号分组法将其分为两组,传统组患者实施传统创面换药护理,实验组患者实施负压封闭引流技术护理。对比两组应用效果。结果经护理干预后,实验组患者的换药次数少于传统组,其创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于传统组,P <0.05;经护理后实验组生活质量各项指标评分均优于传统组,P <0.05。结论在骨科创伤创面护理中,实施负压封闭引流技术的干预效果显著,可缩短创面愈合时间和住院时间,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology on traumatic wound nursing in department of orthopedics.Methods 88 patients with traumatic wounds in department of orthopedics treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the single and double grouping method,they were divided into two groups,patients in the traditional group was treated with wound dressing change nursing,patients in the experimental group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage technology.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the nursing intervention,the dressing change times of the patients in the experimental group were obviously less than those of the traditional group.The healing time of wound and the time of hospitalization were significantly shorter than those of the traditional group,P<0.05.The scores of the quality of life of the experimental group were obviously superior to those of the traditional group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the nursing of traumatic wound in the department of orthopedics,the effect of vacuum sealing drainage is significant,it can shorten the healing time of wound,the time of hospitalization,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
