腔镜下甲状腺肿块切除术患者围手术期全面护理分析

Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing of Patients Undergoing Thyroidectomy Under Endoscope

目的探讨腔镜下甲状腺肿块切除术患者的围手术期护理方法。方法选取我科室2015年10月—2018年7月收治的30例行腔镜下甲状腺肿块切除术患者为研究对象。其中15例围手术期采用常规护理(2015年10月—2017年3月收治),为对照组。15例在对照组的基础上采用促进患者康复的全面护理(2017年4月—2018年7月收治),为观察组。比较两组的疼痛情况及护理满意度。结果观察组术后24 h疼痛评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期全面护理能够有效减少腔镜下甲状腺肿块切除术术后疼痛,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore perioperative nursing methods for patients undergoing endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods 30 patients who underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy from October 2015 to July 2018 were selected as the subjects.15 cases were given routine nursing during perioperative period in the control group(admitted from October 2015 to March 2017).15 cases were given comprehensive nursing care to promote the rehabilitation on the basis of the control group in the observation group(admitted from April 2017 to July 2018).Pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative 24 h pain score in the observation group was lower than that of in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of in the control group,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of endoscopic thyroidectomy and improve nursing satisfaction.
