摘要
目的探析在眼科门诊中优质护理服务的应用价值。方法选取我院眼科门诊接收的98例患者为研究对象,随机分设研究组和参照组两组,每组49例。予以参照组常规方法护理,予以研究组优质护理干预。比较观察经不同方法护理取得的护理效果。结果 93.88%为研究组患者的护理满意度,优于参照组的77.55%(P <0.05);参照组患者的症状与视力功能和身体功能、社会功能和心理活动等生活质量评分情况均低于研究组(P <0.05)。结论将优质护理服务用于眼科门诊中,能使患者对护理满意度提升,而且还使其生活质量提高。
Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing service in ophthalmology clinic.Methods 98 patients received in our ophthalmology clinic were randomly divided into study group and control group with 49 cases in each group.The patients in the study group were given routine nursing,and the study group received high quality nursing intervention.The nursing effects obtained by different methods of nursing were compared.Results The satisfaction with nursing of 93.88%of the patients in the study group were significantly better than 77.55%in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of symptoms,visual function,physical function,social function and psychological activity in the control group were significantly lower than those in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in ophthalmic outpatient clinics can improve patients'satisfaction with nursing and their quality of life.
