摘要
目的评估PDCA循环在门诊分诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6—12月在我院门诊接受治疗的患者300例,随机分为对照组和观察组各150例,对照组给予常规门诊预检分诊,观察组采用PDCA循环模式对门诊分诊护理质量进行管理,比较两组患者预检分诊的工作效率及患者满意度。结果观察组患者分诊漏诊率、误诊率低于对照组,准确率高于对照组,且观察组中对各项护理表示认可的患者数量与对照组进行比较明显较多(P <0.05)。结论 PDCA循环模式可明显提高门诊分诊护理质量及患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle in outpatient triage nursing management.Methods Selecte in June 2016 to December 2016 patients treated in our hospital outpatient received 300 examples,each 150 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional outpatient preview triage,the observation group was adopted PDCA circulation patterns for outpatient triage nursing quality management,comparing two groups of patients with preview triage work efficiency and patient satisfaction degree.Results The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the accuracy rate was higher than that of the control group,and the number of patients admitted to the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation mode can obviously improve the quality of outpatient triage care and patient satisfaction.
