摘要
目的研究分析记录体外受精-胚胎移植(即IVF-ET)的治疗过程以及临床应用效果,预防和控制护理纠纷发生。方法分析辅助生殖临床工作具有一定的特殊性,研究护理工作对于辅助生殖技术执行过程中的重要性,依照科学合理、综合全面、客观存在、具体完整的原则来设计IVF-ET表格式的护理记录表单。结果结合临床设计的IVF-ET护理记录表单具有简洁明了,客观翔实,符合临床要求。结论将IVF-ET记录表单使用于临床当中,对有效使护理工作更加系统化、规范化,预防护理纠纷起到良好作用。
The analysis of clinical work of assisted reproduction has certain particularity.The research on the importance of nursing work in the process of the implementation of assisted reproduction technology,the design of IVF-ET tabular nursing record form is based on the principle of scientific rationality,comprehensive comprehensiveness,objective existence and specific integrity.Results The clinical IVF-ET nursing record form is simple,objective and accurate,and meets the clinical requirements.Conclusion Using IVF-ET recording form in clinical practice can effectively make nursing work more systematic and standardized and prevent nursing disputes.
