重庆地区典型水库表层水体抗生素分布特征研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解重庆地区典型水库抗生素分布状况,对3个典型水库表层水体6类28种抗生素的分布特征进行了研究。结果表明,3个水库共检出3类7种抗生素,检出频次较高的为林可霉素(LIN)、氟苯尼考(FF),罗红霉素(ROM)、红霉素(ERM)和氯霉素(CAP),含量最高的为LIN,与中国其他地区水库相比,检出种类远少于南京、江苏等。由于3个水库均具有饮水灌溉功能,水库补给区应加强抗生素使用监管,开展抗生素排放限制相关研究。 In this paper,solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(SPE-HPLC-MS/MS)is employed to analyze the mass concentration characteristics of28species(6types)of antibiotics in three typical reservoirs surface water of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.The result indicates that7antibiotics,which fall in3types,are detected.LIN,FF,ROM,ERM and CAP are detected more than the others,and LIN is detected the most.Compared with other reservoirs in China,the amount of seven kinds of antibiotics detected in three reservoirs in Chongqing is much less than that of the reservoirs in Nanjing,Jiangsu.As the three reservoirs providing water for drinking and irrigation in Chongqing,regulations should be strengthened and more studies should be conducted on limiting the amount of livestock and poultry feces that is returned to the fields.
