摘要
气相色谱技术是烟草化学分析技术重要手段之一,气相色谱-红外光谱-质谱(GC-IR-MS)连用技术结合了气相色谱良好的分离能力,红外光谱和质谱结构鉴定的优势,适合烟草本体、农药残留和环境烟草烟气等未知物进行定量和定性分析;热裂解-气相色谱-质谱(Py-GC-MS)联用技术可以高精度检测烟草、香精香料、卷烟辅料燃烧后的未知物进行分析,展望了气相色谱在烟草化学分析中的发展方向。
Gas chromatography is one of the most important technologies in tobacco chemical analysis,gas chromatography-infrared spectroscopy-mass spectrometry(GC-IR-MS)which combined the good separation effects of infrared spectroscopy with the advantages authenticate molecular structure of infrared spectroscopy-mass spectrometry,which can suit for tobacco,pesticide residues and environmental tobacco smoke qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(Py-GC-MS)can be used to analysis tobacco,essences,fragrances,and ingredients burned products.This paper also gave an outlook of gas chromatography in tobacco analysis.
