摘要 中国含硫化氢天然气资源丰富,产气量占到中国天然气总产量的60%以上。对含硫气藏的安全开发利用具有十分重要的意义。生物脱硫工艺通常具备适用范围广、H2S脱除率高、闭式循环无污染、资源化程度高等特点,在天然气生产中具备广泛的应用前景。Bio-SR工艺和Shell-Paques工艺是比较典型的两种生物脱硫技术,在工业领域应用中具有一定的优势。对于不同的含硫化氢天然气,选择合适的脱硫工艺,才能达到安全有效、经济环保的目标。 China s hydrogen sulfide-containing natural gas is rich andits production accounts for more than60%of total gas production.It is of great significance for the safe development and utilization of sulfur-bearing gas reservoirs.The biological desulphurization process usually has the following characteristics:wide application range,high H2S removal rate,no pollution in a closed cycle,high degree of resource utilization,etc.,and has a wide application prospect in natural gas production.Bio-SR and Shell-Paques are two typical biological desulphurization technologies and have certain advantages in industrial applications.For different hydrogen sulfide-containing natural gas,choose the appropriate desulfurization process to achieve the goal of safety,efficiency,economy and environmental protection.
