摘要
污水处理行业产生的污泥具有高含水率,常规方法不易脱除,高有机质含量,常规方法不易利用,属触变非牛顿流体,且对环境造成严重污染的特点。通过管道将含水率80%左右的污泥送入加热炉中,在流动状态下隔绝空气加热,将污泥中的水分蒸发,有机物转化为油汽混合物和有机碳。再对热解物质进行转换和分离,最终形成生物炭、混合低碳有机质等易贮存、运输及利用的能源。消除了制约污水处理行业发展的难题,同时给企业带来巨大的经济效益。
The sludge produced by the sewage treatment industry has high water content.It is difficult to remove by conventional methods with its high organic matter content.It is a thixotropic non-Newtonian fluid,and is seriously polluted by the environment.The sludge having a moisture content of about80%is fed into the heating furnace through a pipe,and the air is heated under the flowing state to evaporate the water in the sludge,and the organic matter is converted into a mixture of oil and gas and organic carbon.The pyrolysis material is then converted and separated to form an energy source that is easy to store,transport,and utilize,such as biochar,mixed low-carbon organic matter.This study aims to eliminate the problems that restrict the development of the sewage treatment industry,and bring huge economic benefits to the enterprise.
