摘要 通过检测分析西南地区某石油化工厂生产车间废水,确定废水中酚类化合物主要有间苯三酚等8种。用乙腈:水作流动相梯度洗脱,进样体积10μL,30℃下以1. 0 m L/min的流速进样分析,紫外检测器检测,检测波长232 nm,采用外标法定量。各组分在18 min内得到完全分离,峰形良好,各组分的标准曲线线性相关系数达到0. 999 0以上。这样就可求得各组分的检出限和测定下限;为突发性环境污染事件苯酚类有机物的快速检测提供了有效的检测方法。 Through the analysis of the wastewater from a petrochemical plant in southwest China,the main phenolic compounds in the wastewater were identified as phloroglucinol and other8kinds.Acetonitrile:water was used as mobile phase for gradient elution.Sample volume was10mu L.Sample was analyzed at1.0mL/min flow rate at30C.UV detector was used for detection.The detection wavelength was232nm.Each component was completely separated within18minutes,and the peak shape was good.The linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve of each component was above0.9990.In this way,the detection limit and the lower limit of each component can be obtained,which provides an effective method for the rapid detection of phenolic organic compounds in sudden environmental pollution events.
