基于清洁生产的碳纤维上浆剂含量无污染检测研究

摘要 从清洁生产潜力分析出发,比较了索氏萃取法、硫酸和双氧水混合溶液消解法、高温分解法、碱减量处理法和超声波测定法等5种不同碳纤维上浆剂含量检测方法。结果表明这些方法在清洁生产方面存在一定的缺陷,包括检测准确性、仪器设备和溶剂、检测操作步骤、能源和溶剂消耗和废弃物减排。通过碳纤维含水量与上浆剂浓度的关系,以及碳纤维在线取样及水分溶剂测量的检测要点,研发了一种新的碳纤维上浆剂含量检测方法,即水分检测法。 From the analysis of cleaner production potential,the five kinds of carbon fiber size content detecting method were compared,which was Soxhlet extraction,sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide mixed solution,high temperature decomposition,alkali reduction treatment and ultrasonic measurement.The results show that there are some defects in these detection methods about cleaner production,including the detection accuracy,instrumentation equipment and solvent,detecting steps,energy and solvent consumption,and waste emission.Further more,a new detecting method of carbon fiber size content was developed,that was the moisture detection method,by means of carbon fiber moisture content associated with the concentration of sizing agent,as well as the detecting key points of the online sampling and its moisture measurement.
