溴化N-丁基-甲基苯并咪唑离子液体对大肠杆菌的抑制作用

摘要 目的研究分析溴化N-丁基-甲基苯并咪唑离子液体对大肠杆菌的抑制作用。方法选取大肠杆菌为受试微生物,在大肠杆菌培养基中分别加入不同浓度的溴化N-丁基-甲基苯并咪唑离子液体(0~2.5 mg·mL^(-1)),在不同时间(0~48 h)下观察大肠杆菌菌群生长情况和菌体形态变化。结果相同的培养时间,随着溴化N-丁基-甲基苯并咪唑离子液体浓度增加,大肠杆菌菌群成活密度明显降低,当2.5 mg·mL^(-1)时,48 h内无肉眼可见菌群生成。高浓度下(2.5 mg·mL^(-1))受试96 h,高倍显微镜下依然有少量菌株成活,但菌体长度明显增长。结论溴化N-丁基-甲基苯并咪唑离子液体对大肠杆菌生长有一定的抑制和毒化作用;随着离子液体浓度增加,抑制作用逐渐增强,但不能完全灭活大肠杆菌;高浓度(2.5 mg·mL^(-1))时,由于毒化作用,导致菌体形态发生明显改变。 Objective To study the inhibition effect of N-butyl-methylbenzimidazole bromide ionic liquid on escherichia coli(E.coli).Methods E.coli was selected as the tested microorganism,and different concentrations of N-butyl-methylbenzimidazole bromide ionic liquids(0~2.5 mg·mL^-1)were added to the competent E.coli cells medium,respectively.The growth and morphology of E.coli flora were observed at different times(0~48 h).Results With the increase of ionic liquid concentration of N-butyl-methylbenzimidazole bromide at the same culture time,the survival density of E.coli flora decreased significantly.When the concentration of ionic liquid reached 2.5 mg·mL^-1,there was no visible E.coli flora generation by naked eye in 48 h.At high concentration(2.5 mg·mL^-1)test for 96 h,there are still a small number of strains survived under high magnification microscope,but the length of the bacteria increased significantly.Conclusion Brominated N-butyl-methylbenzimidazole ionic liquid has a certain inhibitory and toxic effects on E.coli growth.With the increase of ionic liquid concentration,the growth of E.coli flora was obviously inhibited by ionic liquid,but it could not be completely inactivated.Due to the poisoning effect high concentration(2.5 mg·mL^-1)resulted in a significant change in the morphology of the bacteria.
