摘要
目的研究住院患者进行胶囊内镜检查时应用右侧卧位且头端抬高30°的体位对胶囊内镜(CE)的胃转运时间(GTT)、小肠转运时间(SBTT)、小肠检查完成率及诊断率的影响。方法将2012年12月至2017年9月拟诊小肠疾病的住院患者60例随机分为2组,每组30例,分为右侧卧位并头端抬高30°组(观察组)、平卧位组(对照组),记录并比较两组间CE的GTT、SBTT、小肠检查完成率及诊断率。结果观察组中CE的GTT为(30.47±13.48) min,对照组为(52.17±25.71) min,组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组的SBTT为(218.03±79.60) min,对照组为(215.30±91.92) min,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.878)。观察组的全小肠完成率为96.67%,高于对照组83.33%,组间差异有统计学意义(P=0. 026);而组间的诊断率差异无统计学意义(观察组70%,对照组60%,P=0.589)。结论住院患者进行CE检查时,右侧卧位且头端抬高30°的体位可缩短CE的GTT,提高小肠检查完成率。
Objective To study the effect of theright lateral position with bed head angled at 30°on capsule endoscopy(CE)of gastric transit time(GTT),small bowel transit time(SBTT),completion of small-bowel(SB)examination and the diagnostic yield.Methods From December 2012 to September 2017,the 60 inpatients suspected small bowel diseases were enrolled in the study,and then were accepted CE.The inpatients were divided randomly into two groups:the right lateral position with bed head angled at 30°group(observation group,n=30)and the horizontal position group(control group,n=30).The GTT,SBTT,completion SB rate and the diagnostic yield were recorded.Results Mean GTT was(30.47±13.48)min in observation group and(52.17±25.71)min in control group,there was significant difference between two groups(P=0.001).SBTT was no significant difference between the two groups(218.03±79.60)min VS(215.30±91.92)min(P=0.878).The completion of SB examination of observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%)(P=0.026).The diagnostic yield between the two groups was no significant difference(70%VS 60%,P=0.589).Conclusion The right lateral position with bed head angled at 30°is a suitable position for CE examination,which may shorten GTT and enhance the complete examination rate of the SB of inpatients.
