叙事护理对提高轮转护士共情能力的效果研究

Effect of Narrative Nursing on Improving Empathy Ability of Rotation Nurses

目的调查轮转护士共情能力现状,探讨叙事护理对提高轮转护士共情能力的效果。方法将60名轮转护士随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理的方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施叙事护理,在培训前后采用杰弗逊共情量表(JSEHP)测定共情能力,并在培训后进行护士自评和住院患者满意度测评。结果观察组干预后JSEHP评分为(122.59±9.12)分,较对照组的(116.10±8.38)分显著提升,表明观察组共情水平明显提升(P<0. 05);而对照组在干预前后评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组满意度明显高于对照组(Z=-2.118,P<0.05)。结论在临床护理中实施叙事护理可有效提高轮转护士的共情能力。

Objective To investigate the status of the rotation nurse’empathy ability,and explore the effect of narrative nursing on improving the empathy ability of rotation nurse.Methods 60 rotation nurses were randomly divided into observastion group and control group.The control group was trained with routine nursing,while the observastion group was added with“narrative nursing”on the basis of routine nursing.Jefferson Scale of Empathy(JSE HP)Chinese version was used for measuring empathy before and after training.The nurse self-assessment and patient satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate the service satisfaction degree.Results After the“narrative nursing”training in the observastion group participants got their score(122.59±9.12)significantly enhanced(P<0.05)in comparison with control group’s score(116.10±8.38),which indicated that empathy of the observastion group had been greatly improved.The statistical data showed that the difference in scores before and after the observastion in the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The patient satisfaction in the observastion group was higher than that of control group(Z=-2.118,P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical nursing training the observastion with“narrative nursing”could effectively improve the empathy ability of the rotation nurses.
