摘要
同等学力人员申请硕士学位教育是研究生教育的组成部分和重要补充,搞好公共卫生/预防医学专业同等学力在职研究生的培养,直接影响我国公共卫生事业的发展。本文运用服务质量差距模型对我校公共卫生/预防医学专业同等学力在职研究生的培养存在的服务质量问题进行了分析,提出了消除服务质量差距,提高服务质量的策略,以期为公共卫生/预防医学专业在职研究生培养质量的提升提供有益借鉴。
Applicants for the same degree of academic qualifications are part of the postgraduate education and an important supplement.Doing a good job in the post of postgraduate students in the public health/preventive medicine profession directly affects the development of public health in China.This paper uses the service quality gap model to analyze the service quality problems of the in-service postgraduate training in the public health/preventive medicine major of our school,and puts forward the strategy of eliminating the service quality gap and improving the service quality,with a view to public health/preventive medicine.It provides a useful reference for the improvement of professional postgraduate training quality.
