Traditional Chinese Medicine Research on Adult Community Acquired Pneumonia

社区获得性肺炎是指医院外罹患的感染性肺实质(含肺泡壁,即广义上的肺间质)炎症。常归属于中医药"风温肺热病""外感发热""咳嗽""喘证"等范畴,其在病因病机、治则、治疗等方面有其独到的见解。本文就以上几个方面予以综述,以期为条分缕析并为研究者了解中医治疗社区获得性肺炎提供参考。

Community-acquired pneumonia refers to the infection of pulmonary parenchyma(including alveolar wall,in a broad sense,interstitial lung)inflammation outside the hospital.It often belongs to the categories of traditional Chinese medicine such as"wind-temperature pulmonary fever","extrinsic fever","cough"and"asthma syndrome",etc.,and has its unique insights in etiology,pathogenesis,treatment.This paper summarizes the above aspects in order to provide reference for further analysis and for researchers to understand the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia by traditional Chinese medicine.
