不同年龄人群全血锌含量结果分析

摘要 目的了解不同年龄人群锌营养状况,更好地开展精准保健工作。方法收集本院2018年1月~3月检测微量元素的标本3907例,根据仪器及试剂厂家推荐分组及参考标准,0~1岁716例,1~2岁634例, 2~3岁355例,3~4岁287例,4~7岁560例,7~12岁441例,12~17岁129例,17岁以上785例,统计分析超出参考标准的数量及分布情况。结果列入统计的全部人群3907例,缺锌1199例,总缺锌率30.69%。不同年龄组儿童血锌水平均随儿童年龄增加而逐渐升高,统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。12~17岁组与17岁以上组缺锌率比较,统计学意义显著(P<0.01);其它各年龄组与17岁以上组缺锌率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论遂宁地区人群缺锌率较高,以12~17岁组缺锌率最高,17岁以上年龄组缺锌率达到28.92%,缺锌不仅是儿童,成年人缺锌也不能忽视,建议在健康体检中纳入全血锌的检测项目,对于缺锌者进行精准补充,同时加大健康知识的宣传,引导人们合理膳食和营养。 Objective To understand the zinc nutritional status of people of different ages and to better carry out precision health care.Methods Collected in our hospital from January2018to March detection of trace elements in specimens of3907cases,according to the instrument and reagent factory recommend grouping and reference standard,716cases of aged0to1,634cases of1-2years old,355cases of2-3years old,3-4years old in287cases,560cases aged4-7,7-12years old in441cases,129cases of aged12-17,17years old of above785examples,statistical analysis beyond number and distribution of the reference standard.Results There were3907cases of total population and1199cases of zinc deficiency,and the total zinc deficiency rate was30.69%.The blood zinc level of children in different age groups increased gradually with the increase of children's age,with significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The zinc deficiency rate in the12-17-year-old group and the17-year-old group was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the zinc deficiency rate between the other age groups and the17-year-old group(P>0.05).Conclusion Suining zinc deficiency rate is higher,in the group of zinc,the highest rate in12-17,17years of age or older age group zinc deficiency rate of28.92%,zinc deficiency is not only the children,adults,zinc deficiency also cannot ignore,suggest in healthy physical examination into the detection of whole blood zinc project,make accurate for the zinc deficiency,at the same time increase the propaganda of health knowledge,guide the people rational diet and nutrition.
