信心护理对择期子宫肌瘤手术患者手术配合及术前状态的影响

Effect of Confidence Nursing on Operative Cooperation and Preoperative Status of Patients undergoing Elective Hysteromyoma Surgery

目的观察信心护理对择期子宫肌瘤手术患者手术配合及术前状态的影响。方法选取我院子宫肌瘤手术患者42例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各21例。对照组行常规护理,试验组在此基础上加用信心护理干预,记录两组患者术前空腹血糖、心率、收缩压、SAS评分等指标;比较两组患者术中配合度及护理满意度。结果试验组术前空腹血糖、心率、收缩压、SAS评分等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术中配合度达95.24%,对照组为71.43%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者护理满意度为95.24%,对照组为66.67%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用信心护理有利于调整子宫肌瘤患者的术前状态,使其保持状态稳定迎接手术,同时,有利于患者加强术中的配合度,提高患者满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of confidence nursing on operative cooperation and preoperative status of patients undergoing elective hysteromyoma surgery.Methods42cases of hysteromyoma operation in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,21cases each.Routine nursing was performed in the control group,and confidence nursing intervention was added to the experimental group.Fasting blood glucose,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and SAS score were recorded in the two groups before operation,and the degree of cooperation during operation and the degree of satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and SAS score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of intraoperative cooperation was95.24%in the trial group and71.43%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients'nursing satisfaction was95.24%in the experimental group and66.67%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using confidence nursing is helpful to adjust the preoperative status of patients with hysteromyoma,keep them in a stable state for surgery.At the same time,it is helpful for patients to strengthen the cooperation degree during operation and improve their satisfaction.
