澜沧江流域近15年水资源及其利用状况分析

Analysis of water resources and utilization in Lancang River basin in 2003 ~ 2017

利用2003~2017年长江流域及西南诸河水资源公报资料,对澜沧江流域水资源量的变化特点及流域供水量、用水量的变化规律进行了分析,同时,对澜沧江流域各项用水指标及其变化情况进行了分析计算。分析结果表明:(1)澜沧江近年来的水资源量变化不大;(2)总用水量呈缓慢上升的趋势,农业用水量基本上稳定,工业和生活用水量增加;(3)万元GDP和万元工业增加值用水量下降显著,用水效率得到明显提高;(4)流域水资源量丰富,但开发利用程度不高。

According to2003-2017Water Resources Bulletin of Changjiang River Basin and Southwest Rivers in China,we analyze the variation characteristics in the volume of water resources and the variation laws in water supply and water consumption.We also analyze water use indices and their variations.The results show:①there is a insignificant change in the volume of water resources;②total water consumption increases slowly,and agricultural water consumption tends to level off while industrial and domestic water consumption increases;③water consumed for per ten thousand Yuan GDP and industrial added value drop significantly,therefore water-use efficiency is improved remarkably;④abundant water resources are being under-exploited and under-utilized in the basin.
