摘要 首次提出基于多参数电化学传感器实现对溴素生产在线监测和自动化控制系统的改造方案。多参数传感器集成自主研发的pH、Eh、溴离子3种全固态电极,实现配氯率、加酸量、二氧化硫加入量的实时控制。3种参数同时测量、相互印证,并结合先进的DCS控制系统实现溴素生产线的在线监测与自动化控制,有效避免了人工测量的误差,节约了企业成本,提高了企业效益。 Having multi-parameter electrochemical sensors based to online monitor and automate the control of bromine production was proposed.In modification,the multi-parameter electrochemical sensor integrates independently-developed three solid-state electrodes of pH,Eh and bromide ions to realize real-time control of chlorine distribution rate,acid addition and sulfur dioxide addition amount.The three parameters are simultaneously measured and verified,and combined with the advanced DCS control system,the online monitoring and auto-control of the bromine production line can be realized,which effectively avoids the error of manual measurement,saves the enterprise cost and improves the enterprise efficiency.
