摘要 从集输气站孔板流量计计量操作的角度出发,在分析孔板流量计压差计量和流量测量原理的基础上,结合仪表、温度、压力及压差等对流量的影响,阐述操作过程中,应重视压力和压差对高压外输用户的影响,以及压差对低压外输用户计量精度的影响。通过科学选取合适的压差量程提高输气计量精度,减少不必要的损失,实现计量创效的目的。 Starting with the metering operation of the orifice flow meter in gas transmission station and basing on analyzing its differential pressure measurement and flow measurement principle,as well as thinking about the influence from meter temperature,pressure and pressure difference on the gas flow rate,paying attention to both pressure and pressure’s affect on high-pressure transmission to the outside was proposed,including pressure difference’s affect on the low-pressure transmission to the outside.The results show that,scientifically selecting appropriate differential pressure range can improve metering accuracy of gas transmission,reduce unnecessary loss and achieve purpose of measurement creating benefits.
