摘要 为了应对新能源联合发电系统对多输入电源的需求,改善传统的Boost变换器的电压增益及开关管的电压应力,在新型Boost变换器中引入了开关电感单元,提高了该变换器的电压增益。由理论分析可得出:引入开关电感后的新型Boost变换器相比于传统Boost变换器的电压增益提高了4(1+D)/(1-D)倍,同时,将开关电感单元与输出电感进行磁集成,有效地降低了支路电感电流纹波并减小变换器磁性器件的物理体积。应用PSIM软件对理论分析进行仿真验证,并制作了实验样机加以证明理论分析的正确性。 In order to cope with the demand of new energy combined generation system for multi input power supply,and improve the voltage gain of traditional Boost converter and voltage stress of switch tube,a switched inductor unit was introduced into the new Boost converter,which could improve the voltage gain of the converter.The voltage gain could be obtained to 4(1+D)(/1-D)times by the new Boost converter with the switch inductance after compared to the traditional Boost converter which was analyzed by the theory,while the switch inductance unit and output inductance magnetic integrated,the inductor current ripple was reduced effectively and branch physical volume of the converter magnetic device was reduced.The PSIM software was used to simulate the theoretical analysis,and the experimental prototype was made to prove the correctness of the the oretical analysis.
