两电机系统模糊PID支持向量机逆控制 被引量:1

摘要 为提高两电机变频系统的鲁棒性及解耦性能,尝试支持向量机逆模型与模糊PID控制相结合的控制策略。先由支持向量机逼近两电机系统逆模型,再将其与两电机系统串接,从而实现系统的解耦线性化,然后引入模糊PID闭环控制以消除建模误差。最后基于由PLC及变频器搭建的多电机变频系统进行了相关试验研究,结果表明:支持向量机逆控制较好地实现了系统的解耦与线性化,引入的模糊PID控制具有较好的同步响应特性,保证了系统高性能控制。 In order to improve the robustness and decoupling characteristics in two-motor variable frequency system,a novel control strategy based on the generalized inverse identified by support vector machine(SVM)and fuzzy PID control was proposed.The generalized inverse model of original system was approximated by SVM firstly,then the pseudo-linear system was formulated by integrating the original system with this model,and the system′s decoupling linearization were achieved.Then modelling and dynamic deviation could be attenuated by means of the fuzzy PID controllers.Finally,some relative experiment researches based on multi-motor variable frequency systems were made.The experimental result show that the developed drive system has good decoupling and synchronous response performance,and can deal with external disturbance with strong robustness.
