摘要 随着水轮发电机朝着巨型机组发展,对发电机定子冷却提出了更高要求。换热器的翅片管除了整体轧制的翅片外,各种加工方式都会使基管与翅片之间存在一定的接触热阻。由于接触热阻研究困难,大多试验研究不涉及热阻,或者实际上将接触热阻归纳到气体侧的热阻中。本文对4种不同材料的翅片管换热器的传热和阻力特性进行试验研究,得到了在工业常用的雷诺数Re范围内的传热和阻力特性的变化规律,对实际工程中换热管及翅片的选用有指导意义。 The hydraulic turbine generator is developing large generator units,it has higher requirements for generator stator cooling.There is a certain thermal contact resistance between tubes and fins in addition to the whole rolled finned tube heat exchanger.Because of the study of thermal contact resistance is difficult,thermal contact resistance is rarely considered,or it is included in the air side heat transfer resistance.In this paper,the heat transfer performance of four finned tube heat exchangers made of different materials is investigated experimentally,and the change rule of heat transfer and pressure performance are obtained in the Reynolds number range commonly encountered in engineering,which is instructive to select heat exchanger and fin in engineering design.
