Situation analysis of natural gas pipelines under construction in Belt and Road areas

天然气贸易正在迎来一个快速发展期,世界范围内与天然气相关的基础设施亟需完善,特别是跨国天然气管道建设在能源输送格局中显得尤为重要。全面梳理了当前一带一路区域跨国天然气管道建设情况,重点分析了亚欧大陆的中亚里海、俄罗斯、欧洲、中东地区及非洲大陆在建和规划的天然气管道具体数据,并简要阐述了其背后的政治经济意义。最后指出,深刻认识我国外部的天然气供需格局,可为我国的油气工程企业深度践行一带一路沿线区域管路互通提供有价值资料,并对其海外市场的拓展起到积极的指导作用。

Natural gas trade is entering a rapidly developing period,which is leading to the continuous improvement of the related infrastructures.Especially,the transnational pipeline projects for natural gas will play an important role in the global energy delivery.This paper comprehensively describes the details of overseas gas pipelines under construction and in planning in Belt and Road areas,mainly focuses on analyses of specific situation,as well as the political and economic significance of the international gas pipeline projects on Eurasia and Africa continents.To realize the international supply and demand situation of natural gas resource is extremely beneficial for us.Meanwhile,it can provide valuable and timely data to domestic oil and gas engineering enterprises for furthering the Belt and Road strategy of pipeline interconnections,and also play a positive and guiding role to explore overseas business for the enterprises.
