摘要
半潜浮装是自升式钻井平台远洋干拖运输的一项关键技术,浮装过程中需综合考虑半潜船的浮态、稳性、总纵强度以及压载等。应用MOSES软件对5万t海洋石油278半潜船浮装AMAZON钻井平台的过程进行了模拟;从半潜船浮装作业设计、半潜船浮装作业稳性要求、浮装作业计算建模、浮装过程分析等方面,详细分析了浮装过程中海洋石油278半潜船的稳性和强度,评估了该半潜船在2.14 m高支墩下浮装的可行性;并针对现场作业的风险点,选取了关键步骤来控制整个上浮过程的调载作业。
Float on is a key technology in the jackup rig dry towing.Floating condition,stability,longitudinal strength and ballasting of the semi-submersible vessel should be taken into consideration during floating on.In this paper,software MOSES is applied to simulate AMAZON Jackup floating on by a 50 000 t semi-submersible vessel Haiyangshiyou 278,while the stability and longitudinal strength are checked in detail,and the feasibility is evaluated for the vessel floating-on with 2.14 m high grillages at the vessel.Against the risks of the site operations,some important and key procedures have been selected to guide the vessel ballasting or de-ballasting.
