摘要
在偶然情况下被海冰或船只撞倒的浅海井口,存在着污染海洋环境、井喷失控等安全隐患,此类井需要进行井口重建,形成对井内流体控制的条件后再进行弃置。为解决倾覆井口弃置作业难题,对原作为海洋工程筒形基础的吸力锚进行改造,用于隔绝海水,为人员进入海面下修复作业创造空间。经过对吸力锚插入海底深度的分析和吸力锚稳定性的分析,认为在渤海海域采用该技术进行海面下井口修复作业可行。在拆除倾覆隔水导管实际操作中,浮吊与钻井平台配合作业,短时间内可完成井口拆除作业。工程实例证明,该技术有效解决了倾覆井口的安全隐患问题,实现了缩短作业工期的目标。
Some wellheads in shallow sea are overturned by boats or sea ice accidently,this kind of wells have the potential safety hazard of well blowout as well as marine environment pollution,and should be rebuilt to control the well fluid,then abandoned.In order to solve the overturned wellhead abandonment problem,the suction anchor which is usually used as the offshore bucket foundation is modified to isolate seawater and create the space for operators.It is proved by the analyses on the suction anchor penetration depth and stability that the suction anchor can be applied in Bohai Gulf.In the practical operation of overturned riser abandoning,by means of the coordination of a floating crane and a drilling rig,the well is abandoned in a short time.
