摘要 潜江-韶关输气管道穿越长江工程采用定向钻方式,该工程为超长距离、超硬岩石、极复杂地质条件下的水平定向钻穿越工程,具有施工周期长、不稳定因素多、难度极高的特点。在简要介绍了该穿越工程的特点及施工技术难点的基础上,较为详细地论述了穿越的施工工艺和解决施工难点的技术措施;重点对导向孔施工中的穿越方式、钻机选择钻具组合、导向孔曲线控制、导向仪器选择、助推保护套管辅助技术的实施、磁方位角测量、优化选择导向孔对接区域,扩孔施工中的钻具组合、扩孔工艺及参数、扩孔技术措施、泥浆工艺等进行了较为详尽的阐述。 The project of Qianjiang-Shaoguan Gas Pipeline crossing the Changjiang River is the engineering of ultra-long distance horizontal directional drilling in complex rock strata,possessing the characteristics of long construction period,many instability factors and extreme difficulties.This paper introduces the crossing construction process and technical measures to overcome the difficulties,and puts emphases on the pilot hole construction including crossing mode,drilling machine selection and drilling tool combination,pilot curve control,pilot instrument selection,boosting protective casing application,magnetic azimuth measurement,pilot holes abutting joint zone selection,also puts emphases on the reaming construction including drilling tool combination,reaming process and parameters,technical measure and mud process.
