封闭厂房高位基础压缩机组撬块安装工艺

在哈萨克斯坦PKOP奇姆肯特炼油厂老厂区装置升级改造中,其封闭厂房内部增加了一套压缩机系统,压缩机组撬块需安装在高位基础上,由于厂房结构无法破坏,施工存在难点。研究确定采用滑道将压缩机组撬块滑移至厂房内,并利用厂房内部起重机横梁作为提升点,手动葫芦配合,将压缩机组撬块提升,最后使用起重机水平行走机构,将压缩机组撬块移动至基础位置进行安装就位。实践表明,该工艺较好地解决了上述施工难题。详细介绍了滑道铺设、撬块滑移、撬块提升、撬块水平移动以及撬块就位过程。此安装工艺为今后封闭厂房内安装此类设备提供了经验。

In upgrading equipment of the old factory area of Kazakhstan PKOP Shemkent Refinery,a new skid-mounted compressor unit is needed to install on a tall base in the closed workshop,the construction faces difficulty because the construction must not damage the closed workshop structure.The following construction process is adopted after research:using slideway to move the compressor unit into the workshop,using workshop crane and manual chain block to move the compressor unit on the tall base and install it.The slideway laying,skid-mounted compressor unit sliding,lifting,horizontal moving and installing are described in detail.
