摘要
哈萨克斯坦PKOP奇姆肯特炼油厂现代化改造项目现场组焊的非标设备多,需要进行整体热处理的设备多达14台,经研究确定,对于催化分馏等13台形状较规则、外形尺寸相对较小的塔式和罐式设备,采用在现场建造模块化热处理炉的方式进行焊后热处理;对于三级旋风分离器,因其外形尺寸超大,高度较小,则采用内部电加热的方法进行焊后热处理。在简要介绍工程概况及特点、热处理目的及整体筹划的基础上,重点介绍了三级旋风分离器封头电加热处理和处理措施,设备炉内处理的热处理炉设计参数及建造、热处理步骤、质量检查和评定,主要HSE控制点等内容。
There are kinds of non-standard equipment by field integrated welding in Kazakhstan PKOP Shemkent Oil Refinery modernized reformation project.Among them,14 sets of equipment need overall heat treatment.It is determined after research that 13 sets of tower type and tank type units including catalytic cracking unit are treated with a field built modular heat treatment furnace because of their more regular shape and relatively small dimension;The three-stage cyclone separator is treated with internal electric heating method because of its large size and relatively small height.This paper outlines the project features and heat treatment planning,then puts emphases on the heat treatment process requirement and measures of internal electric heating for the three-stage cyclone separator head,then the design parameters and construction of the modular heat treatment furnace,the heat treatment procedure,quality inspection and evaluation and main HSE control points for 13 sets of the units.
