俄罗斯某LNG项目设计机构审核及流程优化

RDI review and its process optimization in Russian LNG project

RDI审核是俄罗斯项目特有的设计第三方审核,是证明境外施工建造的项目交付物符合俄罗斯标准规范的必要条件。由于RDI文件需经自审、总包方审核、RDI评审,其中任何一方审核滞后均影响设计工期,进而影响整个项目工期,因此合理优化RDI审核流程至关重要。结合俄罗斯某大型LNG项目,首先简要介绍了RDI审核模式及选择、RDI审核范围、图纸格式要求、图纸最终交付状态;而后详细介绍了RDI审核流程的优化以及优化效果。实践表明,通过采用调整图纸流转节点的方法,优化审核流程,使单批次图纸审核周期缩短10 d、单张图纸的平均审核费降低18.4%,实现了工期和成本的双掌控。

RDI review is a kind of third part engineering review specially required in Russian projects.It is a key factor in successful project delivery because RDI approval is the proof that projects constructed out of Russian are in compliance with Russian codes and standards.RDI review process optimization is very important.This paper introduces the RDI review modes and selection,review scale,drawing specifications and final delivery of drawings for a large-scale Russian LNG project,then in detail the process optimization by adjusting transfer line of RDI drawings.It achieves that the drawing review duration has been shortened by 10 days per batch and the average review cost has been reduced by 18.4%per drawing paper,which effectively guarantees the project engineering plan and cost control.
