清肝化瘀方治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎临床研究 被引量:3

Clinical Observation of Qinggan Huayu Decoctionin Treating 105 Cases with Infant Cytomegalovirus Hepatitis

摘要 目的观察清肝化瘀方联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎(湿热内蕴证)的临床疗效。方法患者105例随机分为两组,对照组给予注射更昔洛韦,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予口服清肝化瘀方,两组疗程均为2周。观察两组患儿治疗前后临床愈显率与有效率,皮肤、巩膜黄染情况、肝功能变化及病毒抑制情况。结果治疗组临床疗效愈显率为70.00%,总有效率为92.86%,均高于对照组之42.86%、80.00%(P <0.05);两组治疗后黄疸消退、肝功能指标、病毒抑制等方面均有明显好转,治疗组疗效均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论清肝化瘀方联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎(湿热内蕴证)有较好的临床疗效。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qinggan Huayu Decoction combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis withsyndrome of damp heat accumulating inside.Methods:Totally105infants were randomly assigned to two group.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Qinggan Huayu Decoction combined ganciclovir,while those in the control group were treated by ganciclovir alone.The therapeutic course was2weeks.To observe the change of skin,yellow sclera,urine color,virus inhibition and liver function.Results:In the treatment group,remarkably effective rate was70.00%,total effective rate was92.86%,while that was42.86%and80.00%respectively in the control group.The difference between both groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups improved significantly in terms of jaundice subsided,liver function indicators and virus inhibition and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qinggan Huayu Decoction combined with ganciclovir has a good clinical effect in the treatment ofinfantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis withsyndrome of damp heat accumulating inside.
