醒脑开窍针刺法治疗急性期脑梗死的临床研究

Therapeutic Observation of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Therapy on Cerebral Infarction in Acute Stage

目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法在南疆地区治疗急性期脑梗死的临床干预效果。方法患者80例随机分为两组,均采取西医常规对症治疗,观察组加予醒脑开窍针刺法,对照组加予传统针刺疗法,分别于治疗前及治疗后第14天对病情进行评估。比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数量表(BI)评分。结果观察组总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组之72.50%(P <0.05)。两组治疗后NIHSS评分较治疗前均有所下降,BI评分均有所上升(P <0.01),观察组两项分值改善情况优于对照组(P <0.01)。结论在南疆地区,醒脑开窍针刺法治疗急性期脑梗死的疗效优于传统针刺疗法。

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy on patients with acute-stage cerebral infarction in southern Xinjiang.Methods:80cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40cases in each.On the basis of conventional Western treatment,the control group applied traditional acupuncture therapy and the observation group received Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy.The disease was evaluated before and on the fourteenth day after treatment.NIHSS scores and BI scores were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was92.50%,higher than that of the control group(72.50%)(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,NIHSS scores decreased,while BI scores increased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).The changes of two scores in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy is more effective than traditional acupuncture therapy on acute-stage cerebral infarction in southern Xinjiang.
