补阳还五汤加减联合牵引配合推拿治疗脊髓性颈椎病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Traction and Massage on Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

目的观察采用补阳还五汤加减联合牵引配合推拿治疗脊髓性颈椎病的效果。方法患者60例随机分为两组,对照组用推拿手法联合牵引疗法,研究组在对照组的基础上加用补阳还五汤。统计两组临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05);两组颈椎高度和前弯度较治疗前均有所改善,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),两组日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平均有所上升,研究组上升幅度更大(均P <0.05),研究组凝血酶原时间(PT)治疗后明显上升(P <0.05),对照组无明显变化(P> 0.05)。结论采用补阳还五汤加减联合牵引配合推拿方案治疗脊髓性颈椎病,能够提高整体治疗效果,改善患者预后。

Objective:To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with traction and massage on cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods:60patients were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with manipulation plus traction therapy.The study group used massage and traction therapy plus Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was90.00%,higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The cervical spine height and the front curvature of both groups were improved,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).JOA scores and APTT levels of both groups increased,and the study group increased more(P<0.05).PT of the study group rose,but the control group had no obvious change(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with traction and massage can improve the overall therapeutic effect and the prognosis of the patients.
